Adoption Form

Thank you for considering adoption through Rescue Lyfe! Every adoption gives a deserving dog a second chance at love and a place to call home and makes room for us to rescue another in need. Our $250 adoption fee helps cover some of the veterinary care, vaccinations, and transition costs involved in preparing each dog for their forever home. We keep this fee as low as possible because we have so many dogs waiting to be adopted. If you feel moved to give more, additional donations are always welcomed and go directly toward helping more dogs in need. We’re truly grateful you’re here and hope you find your perfect match.
